Privacy Policy

1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to two types of users:

• Partners — consultancy farms and wellness business owners (yoga studios, gyms, nutrition coaches, and similar) who register a business account, publish content, and receive customer leads on WellBE
• Customers — individuals who browse wellness content and submit their information to express interest in a Partner's services

2. What Information We Collect

From Partners (on signup and onboarding):

• Full name and email address
• Business name, category, location, and contact details
• Business description, credentials, and service offerings
• Content submitted for publication (blog posts, images)

From Customers (when expressing interest in a service):

• Full name and contact details (phone and/or email)
• Wellness-related information relevant to the service you're interested in — for example, age, height, weight, and the specific service you'd like guidance on
• Any additional fields shown on a Partner's inquiry form, which may be updated over time as we introduce new ways to help Partners understand what a Customer needs

Automatically collected:

• Basic usage data via Firebase (page interactions, authentication state)
• No cookies beyond what is required for authentication

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage Partner business accounts
• Publish and display Partner content (e.g. wellness blog posts) to Customers
• Collect Customer inquiries and pass them to the relevant Partner's dashboard as a lead, so the Partner can follow up directly
• Help Partners understand a Customer's wellness needs, so guidance can be more relevant and useful
• Communicate with Partners or Customers about their account, if needed

WellBE does not process payments or manage appointment scheduling. We collect Customer inquiries (leads) and hand them over to the relevant Partner's dashboard. Any booking, scheduling, service delivery, or payment happens directly between the Customer and the Partner, outside of WellBE.

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. By using WellBE, you consent to your data being stored and processed on Google's infrastructure.

5. Who Can Access Your Data

• Partners can access leads submitted for their own business only
• Customers can see publicly available Partner information and content
• WellBE may access data to operate the platform, resolve support issues, or fix technical problems
• No third parties currently have access to your data except Google Firebase as our infrastructure provider. We will update this section if we introduce additional service providers (for example, for Partner subscription billing).

6. Data Retention

• Partner account data is retained as long as the account is active
• Customer inquiry data is retained to allow Partners to follow up on leads and provide continuity of service
• If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 7 working days

7. Your Rights

As a user of WellBE, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@rylxo.in with your request. We will respond within 7 working days.

8. Customer Data and Partner Responsibility

When a Customer submits an inquiry, that information is handed over to the relevant Partner as a lead. Partners are responsible for how they use, store, and act on Customer information once it reaches their dashboard, and for complying with applicable law when contacting Customers. WellBE provides the platform that facilitates this handover — the Partner is the data controller for how they subsequently use a Customer's information.

9. Security

• Firebase Authentication for secure login
• Firestore security rules ensuring Partners can only access their own leads and data
• HTTPS encryption on all data in transit

No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@rylxo.in.

10. Children's Privacy

WellBE is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of WellBE after changes means you accept the updated policy.
